Mission of the HALE Master's Program
The Higher, Adult, and Lifelong Education Program seeks to strengthen postsecondary educational opportunities by preparing individuals who foster organizational development and change within an increasingly complex and global society; who nurture within individuals, groups, organizations, and society skill in and commitment to lifelong learning; and who honor diversity and difference among people, groups, and societies.
Learning Themes
The following themes guided my work and learning objectives during my graduate studies.
Due to the flexibility of the HALE Program, I was able to design a curriculum that enabled me to explore each theme in-depth.
